Badminton Academy: Sports Education and Experience Programme with Kranji Primary School

On 29 July 2025, the badminton hall buzzed with excitement as students from Kranji Primary School picked up their rackets for an unforgettable Sports Education and Experience Programme, conducted as part of a Values In Action initiative designed to spark interest in sports and promote active lifestyles. Guided by our student-athletes, the young participants learned basic footwork and badminton techniques, as well as getting the chance to spar with our shuttlers, which boosted their confidence and enthusiasm for the game.

The session was not just enriching for the primary students. It also provided our student-athletes with valuable lessons in communication, teamwork, and leadership as they collaborated to deliver a smooth, engaging experience.

Bowling Academy: Sports Education and Experience Programme with Innova Primary School

On 15 August 2025, our bowlers turned the lanes into a playground of fun and learning for Primary 6 students from Innova Primary School. As part of their Values In Action initiative, the Sports Education and Experience Programme began with our bowlers sharing their passion for the sport and guiding the young participants through the basics of bowling.

To keep the energy high, the students enjoyed a lively treasure hunt bowling game, adding an element of excitement to the experience. The day ended on a glowing note with a lights-out bowling session, where the students showcased their new skills in a vibrant, fun-filled atmosphere.

Shooting Academy: Gratitude Project

In celebration of National Day, the Shooting Academy used their prize money well to express their heartfelt appreciation by preparing SG60 Gift Packs for our unsung heroes, the support staff who keep our school running. They include cleaners and laundry teams to IT personnel, Arena staff, and security officers. Seeing their smiles and hearing their words of gratitude made the moment truly special for our student-athletes, who were proud to give back to those who work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure a safe and clean environment for all.

Table Tennis Academy: Coaching Clinic For Seniors

It was far from a typical afternoon at the Table Tennis Hall on 20 August 2025. Instead of the usual training drills, the hall came alive with laughter, camaraderie, and the joyful spirit of giving back. Our paddlers welcomed seniors from St Luke’s Eldercare Active Ageing Centre in Hougang for an afternoon of bonding through sport as part of the Academy’s Values in Action initiative.

The visit began with a leisurely tour around our campus, giving the seniors a chance to explore the facilities and clock some steps while learning more about life as a student-athlete. The excitement continued as the seniors and our student-athletes exchanged friendly rallies. For our paddlers, this experience gave them the opportunity to show appreciation and practice empathy through heartfelt conversations that bridged generations.
