Information for Badminton Selection (2027 Intake)

STAGES OF SELECTION RESULT
Phase 1: Shortlisting Participants
  • Suitable candidates from SBA Regional Training Centre, coaches’ recommendations, participants in national age-group competitions and national school games are welcome to apply by 30 March 2026: https://go.gov.sg/ssp-application-enrol
Shortlisted participants will be contacted by 1 April 2026.
Phase 2: Training Stint With Sports School Coaches
  • Date: Sat, 4 April 2026
  • Time: 8:30am to 12:00pm
  • Venue: Singapore Sports School Badminton Hall
  • What to bring: PE attire, court shoes, badminton racket and water bottle
Selected participants are encouraged to attend all training sessions.
 Shortlisted participants will be contacted by 3 May 2026.
Phase 3: Interview
  • Period: April to July 2026
 Successful participants will be offered a Direct School Admission to Singapore Sports School.
