Information for Shooting Selection (2025 Intake)

STAGES OF SELECTION RESULT
Phase 1: Skills Assessment
  • Selection Criteria: Shooting Score, Size of Grouping, Shooting Posture, Triggering Technique, Consistent Aiming Area and Stability of Gun
  • Date: Wed 24 April 2024
  • Time: 16:00h to 17:30h
  • Venue: Singapore Sports School Shooting Range
  • Attire/What to bring: PE Attire, water bottle and a copy of your child’s Primary 5 year-end academic results
 Shortlisted participants will be contacted.
Phase 2: Training Stint With Sports School Coaches
  • Dates and Time:
    • Wed, 8 May 2024, 15:30h to 17:30h
    • Wed, 29 May 2024, 15:30h to 17:30h
  • Venue: Singapore Sports School Shooting Range
  • Attire/What to bring: PE Attire and water bottle
Selected participants are expected to attend all training sessions.
Shortlisted participants will be contacted.
Phase 3: Interview
  • Period: June to July 2024
 Successful participants will be offered Direct School Admission to Singapore Sports School.

Note: Parents are advised to accompany their child for all sessions in the selection process.
