Celebrating Inclusivity This SG60

National Day Celebrations 2025

Singapore Sports School marked Singapore’s 60th birthday with a joint celebration alongside our neighbours from Woodlands Gardens School on 8 August 2025. The celebration was aptly graced by local football legend Fandi Ahmad and his daughter, model, singer and past-student-athlete, Iman Fandi.

The SG60 celebration was a reminder of how sports and community can come together to inspire the next generation. With Fandi Ahmad and Iman Fandi sharing their experiences, student-athletes were encouraged to pursue their dreams with discipline and perseverance, while staying grounded in their studies and values. The joint celebration with Woodlands Gardens School truly reflected the spirit of inclusivity, resilience, and national pride.

The audience was treated to a special finale as Iman Fandi  joined the community singing for the crowd favourite, “Home.” The rousing sing-along filled the Auditorium with joy and national pride.
