Swimmers Caught Medals in Open Water
Swimming: Port Dickson Open Water Swim Classic 2026
Charging through choppy waters and racing stroke-for-stroke to the finishing line, our swimmers delivered a standout showing at the Port Dickson Open Water Swim Classic 2026, held on 24 January 2026.
In the Elite Women’s category, our swimmers made a powerful statement with podium sweeps. Azlina Mastamam, Arielle Neo, and Ashley Lim owned the race with a 1–2–3 finish executed with composure, control, and pure racing instinct.
The boys kept the energy surging. Egan Chin fought hard in demanding conditions, digging deep in the closing stretch to secure a well-earned bronze. Close behind, Isaac stayed in the hunt all the way and finished with a commendable 4th place.
Beyond medals, the competition was also a memorable experience that tested their resilience and bonded them as a team. “This trip taught us how to embrace the challenges of nature and not be afraid to try new things just because it may sound scary at first. This trip also allowed us to bond better as a team,” shared Isaac Chua, who tried out Open Water Swimming for the first time.
From the first stroke to the final push, our swimmers showcased a performance built on preparation, courage, and heart.
