US Girls’ Junior Championships Qualifying Tournament, Junior World Championship Qualifying Tournament, Sports Journey Road to College Championship Qualifier, Singapore Junior Golf Championship 2025, 25th Singapore National Amateur Championships 2025

Chen Xingtong has earned her place at one of the most prestigious junior golf championships in the world - the US Girls’ Junior Championships. She topped a 20-player field at the 76th US Women's Junior Championship Qualifying Tournament in St. Louis, Missouri. Her win at Crescent Farms Golf Club on 16 June 2025 secured the only qualifying spot available at that site. She will go on to compete in the main event, held from 14 to 19 July, in Georgia.

On her win, Xingtong shared, “I'm very excited to have qualified as it was a 1-day event with only one spot, so it's not like the average tournament with 3 to 4 days where you can recover after mistakes, I feel like with qualifying for the tournament needed a little bit of luck as well. It's my first time in the US, so I'm glad to have started out strong and hopefully will continue to do well here. I'm really looking forward to competing as this is a good opportunity to measure myself against the world's best in my age group, as well as seeing my friends who have also qualified for the tournament.”

Just weeks before her international triumph, Xingtong also emerged as the standout performer at the Singapore Junior Golf Championship 2025, held from 3 to 6 June. She clinched first place in the ‘A’ Girls’ category and was crowned the overall champion in the girls’ division after four days of focused play.

Meanwhile, Denise Ng showed grit and consistency at the Hawaii qualifiers, finishing 4th to clinch the final qualifying spot for the Junior World Championship in San Diego. Her performance places her among the elite juniors competing on a global stage from 5 to 10 July.

At the Sports Journey Road to College Championship Qualifier in Fukuoka, Japan, which was held from 20 May to 1 June, our golfers showed strong form. Chloe Ng led the way with a first-place finish in Group A, while Denise Ng came in second, displaying cool-headed consistency. In Group B, Anjanette Tan fought hard for a well-earned second-place finish.

At home at the 25th Singapore National Amateur Championships 2025, our past and present student-athletes made a big impact. In the Women’s Division, Chloe Ng captured the championship title, while Anjanette Tan and Passion Hsu fought through to the quarter-finals. In the Men’s Division, alumnus Justin Kuk emerged as champion, and alumnus Brandon Han, finished in 3rd place. Current student-athlete Irvyn Tan held his own, securing a strong 4thplace finish.
