Netball Quad Series

Our netball trip to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for a Netball Quad Series organised by Bukit Jalil Sports School was an unforgettable and meaningful experience. We stayed at the dorms in the school, which gave us a real taste of how their student-athletes live and train. Waking up early for 6.30am joint training sessions with their netball team was tough at first, but it helped us build discipline, focus, and teamwork. The trainings were intense but inspiring, and we picked up new skills and strategies from their gameplay.
In the quad series, we played against three different Malaysian sports schools, which really pushed us to improve. The matches were intense and competitive, each game taught us something new - how to communicate better, stay calm under pressure, and work as one. Even though we were tired, we encouraged one another and kept fighting together.
Outside of training and matches, we really bonded as a team. Staying in the dorms, sharing meals, and having nightly talks helped us grow closer. On the night before the last day, we had dinner with the Bukit Jalil Sports School team, which was a special as we made many new friends.
