Bowling: National School Games ‘A’ and ‘B’ Division
What an electrifying month it’s been for our bowlers at the National School Games (NSG)! The ‘A’ Division team bowled their hearts out, and the results were nothing short of amazing.
Nur Irdina Hazly dominated the Girls’ Singles and took home the gold medal. Not to be outdone, Olivier Brassard Khoo and Mathieu Louis teamed up in the Boys’ Doubles and worked their way to the top of the podium with another gold.
Over in the NSG ‘B’ Division, the competition was fierce but our bowlers rose to the challenge. Terrance Chhoa and Eng Yi Jun were on fire, grabbing 1st place in the Boys’ Doubles. In the Girls’ Doubles, Nur Iffah Amberlynn and Rainie Kwek bowled with precision and clinched 2nd place. The excitement didn’t stop there. Felise Chng and Koh Nur Humaira joined forces and rolled their way to another 2nd place finish in the Girls’ Team event.
Matthew Quek showed us that persistence pays off, securing 3rd place in the Boys’ Singles. He then joined Muhammad Eshan, Luke Tan, and Tan Jun Kiat to earn 3rd place in the Boys’ Team event as well.
Their results ranked them overall 2nd and 3rd in the ‘B’ Division Girls’ and Boys’ categories at the NSG.
