At the NSG Cross Country 2026, our track and field student-athletes stepped out of their comfort zones and took on a very different challenge from their usual track events. Unlike the smooth, predictable track, they had to navigate uneven terrain, slopes, and varying surfaces, testing not just their speed but also their endurance and adaptability. The race distances were also significantly longer than what many are used to on the track, pushing them to sustain their pace over an extended period. Despite this, both our lower and upper secondary runners showed remarkable determination, with all of them persevering through the course and successfully finishing the race.
