Canoeing


Water met willpower at the Canoeing National School Games, where every stroke counted and every split second mattered.

In the ‘A’ Division Girls, Lim Kai Jing powered through both distance events with steady rhythm and control. She secured 2nd place in the K1 500m with a time of 2:11.46, before returning to the water to claim another 2nd place finish in the K1 1000m, clocking 4:36.60.

In the ‘A’ Division Boys, Qin Yue took on the C1 1000m with determination, paddling his way to a bronze medal in 5:12.19.

It was a commanding display from our golfers at the National School Games. In the ‘A’ Division, Chloe Ng Ker Ee and Denise Ng Wan Xuan delivered a superb one-two finish. Chloe held her nerve to claim the title with a 2-over 146, finishing three strokes ahead of Denise. Together, they also secured the ‘A’ Division team title, capping off a dominant outing.

In the ‘B’ Division, Anjanette Tan Le Xuan impressed with a composed performance of her own, carding a 1-under 143 to clinch the title comfortably, 5 strokes clear of the field.

Judo


Audrey Fan Rui Zi delivered a statement performance in the National School Games ‘B’ Division Judo U48kg Girls category. She powered her way to gold in emphatic fashion, winning every match by ippon and leaving no doubt about her dominance.

Based on her individual success, Audrey helped Singapore Sports School secure silver in the school team category. A truly commanding outing from a one-woman force on the tatami!

Wushu


In wushu, Nessya Koh was back after a series of injuries and she competed in the ‘A’ Division Girls, showing sharp technique and composure throughout her events. She secured gold in the International Broadsword with confident, well-timed sequences, and followed up with a silver in the International Cudgel, maintaining control through each transition.

In the ‘A’ Division Boys, Chua Xin Yun delivered two gold medal routines in the International Sword and International Spear events. His sword work was crisp and deliberate, while his spear routine carried reach and rhythm, each extension placed with intent. He added a silver in International Changquan category, showing strong command across both weapon and hand forms.

In the ‘C’ Division Girls, Tan Hui En put together a set of routines that stood out for their consistency and balance. She took gold in both the International Broadsword and International Cudgel, executing each with steady rhythm and clean finishes. She also claimed silver in International Changquan, completing a strong showing across multiple disciplines.
