120 Student-Athletes Mark a New Milestone at Graduation
Graduation Ceremony
Singapore Sports School celebrated the graduation of 120 student-athletes from its Secondary and International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) pathways. Family members and loved ones joined them to mark the milestone and recognise the years of effort behind it. Sports School alumna and radio presenter Ms Sophie Gollifer attended as Guest-of-Honour.
The ceremony also recognised outstanding student-athletes with Character and Academic Awards, celebrating their contributions and achievements beyond the sporting arena.
Speaking on behalf of the Secondary cohort, valedictorian Reeyern Hadassah Ng encouraged her peers to dream big, take the first step towards new opportunities and carry what they have learnt at Sports School into the next chapter. IBDP valedictorian Cari-Anne Ong thanked her classmates for the community they had built together. She hoped they would continue to set new goals and remain open to achieving more than they once thought possible.
For some graduates, the next step is to continue along Sports School’s through-train pathway. Others will explore new interests and opportunities beyond the school. Whatever direction they take, graduation is a moment to celebrate how far they have come and the people who have supported them along the way.
