To launch Kindness Week, they took on the role of teachers and delivered heartfelt lessons on the impact of kindness. Through simple gestures, such as writing affirmation notes and folding paper hearts, they inspired our lower secondary peers to brighten someone’s day and contribute to a more caring school community.

Our Boarding Captains spread kindness in a tangible way by creating personalised care packs for their fellow boarders. These thoughtfully assembled packs were a small gesture with a big impact, reminding everyone that kindness starts with caring for those around us.

How can student-athletes practice kindness online while maintaining healthy digital habits? With Cyberwellness Day coinciding with Kindness Week, our Cyberwellness Champions took the lead in raising awareness about the importance of online empathy and digital well-being. They encouraged peers to express gratitude and kindness in their digital interactions through their sharing via the PA system and social media.
