Laughter is the Best Medicine
Well-Being Week

Well-Being Week brought a little laughter and lightness to the Sports School community, with ‘Laughter is the Best Medicine’ as this year’s theme.
Student-athletes planned a fun assembly session to remind their peers to care for their physical, mental and social well-being as they juggle the demands of school, sport and other responsibilities. They shared well-being tips through a skit and a student-created, light-hearted video before everyone joined in a laughter therapy exercise.
Daily well-being tips were also shared over the PA system, offering simple reminders to pause, recharge and look out for one another.
As examinations approached, care packs provided an extra dose of encouragement for our student-athletes.
Through a mix of laughter, practical tips and small gestures of care, Well-Being Week reinforced the importance of looking after ourselves and one another.
