More Than Just a Game
Poly Games 2026
Our Polytechnic Programme student-athletes kicked off their journey together at Poly Games 2026, where sport became the common ground and friendships took shape. From the first whistle to the final play, the day was filled with energy, laughter, and a shared sense of purpose. Whether on the field, court, or screen, it was not just about competition, but about coming together, finding rhythm as a team, and setting the tone for the road ahead.
The frisbee game spun a few surprises among our student-athletes. Layouts, spins, and a few “almost got it” moments. Every throw came with cheers, laughs, and teammates backing each other all the way.
The 3x3 basketball game saw our mid-streamer basketballers from the National Youth Development Programme join their poly cohort for some quick games and boy, did they bring the big energy. Fast breaks, bold shots, and just enough friendly banter to keep things fun.
The mobile legend e-gaming session saw many of them putting on their game faces with focus locked. Strategies and character movement were communicated quickly but the thumbs on screens moved even quicker. Different platform, same drive to win.
Between games and chats, strangers turned teammates. A solid start to friendships that will go the distance in their polytechnic programme.
