Values Shine At Sparkletots Sports Day

Values in Action (Track and Field Academy)

Singapore Sports School Track and Field Academy’s upper secondary student-athletes had a ball of a time during the Can Grove Sports Day which they organised for PCF Sparkletots Preschool on 4 May 2019.

The Academy’s Secondary 3 and 4 student-athletes planned and carried out simple games, adapted for young children, at the carnival-like event. The Sports Day saw participation by children, parents and staff of Sparkletots @ Canberra and Sparkletots @ Woodgrove. The day’s proceedings at Yishun Sports Hall began with fun warm-up exercises to ensure that the children were ready for physical activity.

Guest-of-honour Mr Ong Teng Koon, Member of Parliament for Marsiling-Yew Tee GRC and Vice-Chairman of Marsiling-Yew Tee Town Council, joined in the fun and games at the Track and Field Academy’s Values in Action activity.
