HEAD COACH, SWIMMING
You will lead and mentor a team of coaches.  You will be responsible for planning and implementing the training and competition plans for the group of assigned student-athletes and will also work closely with the Academy on the broader development plans of the Academy.  You will conduct regular meetings with student-athletes and their parents and submit written progress reports.  You will work with the General Manager, team of coaches in the Academy and external stakeholders.

Requirements
  • At least 10 years of competitive coaching experience at elite youth level
  • Possess SG-Coach Certification or equivalent
  • A commitment to values inculcation and character development
  • A deep understanding of sports development, athletes’ development pathways and Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD)
  • Good administrative and organisational skills and be able to communicate well in English


COACH, FOOTBALL
COACH, TRACK AND FIELD

You will be responsible for planning and implementing the training and competition plans for a group of assigned student-athletes. You will conduct regular meetings with student-athletes and their parents and submit written progress reports. You will work with the General Manager, fellow coaches and external stakeholders.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of competitive coaching experience at elite youth level
  • A commitment to values inculcation and character development
  • A deep understanding of sports development, athletes’ development pathways and Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD)
  • Good administrative and organisational skills and be able to communicate well in English

For Coach, Football
  • At least AFC "B" Licence
  • Experience working with National Sport Associations and/or Schools is an advantage

For Coach, Track and Field
  • Possess an internationally recognised high level coaching qualification in track and field development recognised/accredited by IAAF
  • Possess SG-Coach Certification or equivalent
  • Specialise in Middle/Long Distance and Multi-Events


MANAGER, STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS

You will be responsible for building a strong organisational brand by developing and delivering strategic communications plans and programmes. You will actively engage internal and external stakeholders through various communications channels and processes. You will lead communications launches, events and campaigns, including media engagement strategies and campaigns, in order to deliver comprehensive messaging to target audiences.

Requirements 
  • A degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in strategic communications, public relations and/or publishing
  • Experience in managing internal/external communication deliverables such as collaterals, emails, newsletters, presentations, websites, social media platforms, etc
  • Good writing, editing and basic visual graphics skills
  • Good relationship building skills to build buy-in across stakeholders
  • A good team-player, highly motivated and outcome driven


MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER, PLANNING

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Sports, you will support the development of strategy formulation, workplans and performance indicators. You will support senior management in the execution of strategic plans, monitor and evaluate the School’s performance against targets as set out in the strategy map, and propose action plans if necessary. 

The job will require you to perform benchmarking studies and research, identify and analyse key trends, risks and their impact on the School. You will also perform secretariat functions at senior management meetings.

Requirements  
  • A university degree
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate planning and strategy development
  • Strong analytical and conceptual abilities
  • Good communication (oral and written) and management skills


ASSISTANT MANAGER, PROCUREMENT

You will assist the Procurement Manager in the oversight and management of the School’s procurement function to ensure timely and effective procurement of goods and services and compliance to procurement policies and procedures. You will provide advice to staff on procurement matters, vet procurement requirement specifications and approval papers, manage sourcing and contract management activities. You will review processes and procedures to enhance governance and operational efficiency in procurement.

Requirements  
  • A degree in any discipline
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Good people management and organisational skills 
  • Possess strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • High degree of ethics, integrity and professionalism
  • Experience in using an ERP system will be an advantage
  • Knowledge in IM on Procurement will be an advantage

SENIOR SYSTEM ANALYST / SYSTEM ANALYST

You will be part of a highly committed team responsible for managing all functional and technical aspects of complex and high value IT systems for the School. Besides working with end-users and external vendors to enhance the systems and provide technical support to end-users, you are expected to proactively provide assistance and advice to end-users on the effective use of the IT systems, and identify opportunities to optimise their business processes. You will also be required to produce and review technical documentation, including functional specifications, system design, technical and operational procedures, training guides etc. This is a contract position with an initial tenure of 2 years, with the possibility of extension.

Requirements  
  • A degree in any discipline 
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in successfully delivering and supporting major IT systems as a system analyst 
  • Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft dot-net, SQL and reporting server 
  • Excellent technical experience with databases, systems networking, web-development and end-user support 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and sound project and vendor management skills 
  • Experience in developing and implementing standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes 
  • Highly motivated with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities 
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills 
  • Previous experience in education sector is an advantage


EXECUTIVE, SPORTS ADMINISTRATION (1-Year Contract)

You will provide administrative support to the Sports Group and work closely with the sports academies to support their daily operations. You will be involved in maintenance of up-to-date sports information and student-athlete data, and procurement and management of overseas trips. In addition, you will support the school in various functions and events such as student-athlete recruitment, admissions, competitions and camps.

Requirements  
  • At least a Degree in any discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good administrative, planning and organisational skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with procurement will be an advantage
