Singapore Sports School’s tie up with Auckland University of Technology to host the Diploma in Sports Management and Exercise Science for elite student-athletes ended on 13 January 2012 with the graduating ceremony of the final cohort of student-athletes.

Team SSP Win 22 Golds, 21 Silvers, 17 Bronzes At Sea Games
At the 26th Southeast Asian Games, Team Singapore Sports School, represented by 48 student-athletes and alumni, brought home a total of 22 Golds, 21 Silvers and 17 Bronzes after 11 days of intense competition. The overall medal haul from this year’s bumper crop of Sea Games athletes, representing Singapore, as well as Malaysia and Thailand, have matched the results of what Team Sports School have won over the past three editions of the biennial Games.

SSP Goes All Out For Animals
Singapore Sports School commemorated this year’s World Animal Day by raising awareness to the plight of working animals in the world through an exhibition, a special assembly programme and the sale of hand-sewn felt donkeys, to help raise funds for the Society for the Protection of Animals Abroad.
